The Human Biology Program is proud to partner with NewYork-Presbyterian Queens to provide internships to current Hunter College students through their internship program.
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is one of the largest, most comprehensive hospitals in the nation, with more than 2,600 beds across six campuses, and one of the foremost academic medical centers in the world.
Interns will offer their time, talent, and dedication throughout the hospital in patient care and clerical settings, providing an extra dimension of services to patients and families.
Students will receive a certificate of completion upon completion of this internship. Students who complete this internship with a strong performance may also request a recommendation letter from their internship supervisor.

Requirements for applying to this internship opportunity:
• Students will need to be able to dedicate 10 hours a week, Monday through Friday, during the spring, summer, and fall 2026 semesters beginning January 26, 2026.
• Students must be able to register for a 3-credit Human Biology internship course (HMBIO 40303) in spring 2026.
• Students must have met with an advisor in the Career Center to have their resumes reviewed.
• Students will be required to provide medical documentation (see application for more information).
• Students will need to be available to attend an interview with the Human Biology Program Director.
• Students must be graduating Fall 2026 or after.
