Hunter College is only able to process a limited number of these requests per year. As such, the form will only be made available two weeks before the start of the semester and will be made inactive two weeks before the end of the semester. FORM INSTRUCTIONS: 1. This application form is intended only for Principal Investigators (PI) who are NOT affiliated with Hunter College. 2. Initial HRPP/IRB approval letter with date must be attached. 3. Attach a copy of the current Human Subjects Research (HSR) training and education certificate for ALL research personnel. CUNY PIs – Current HSR CITI certificate(s) ONLY for ALL research personnel. 4. ALL recruitment materials (must include name and contact information of PI and/or research team), consent forms, and data collection tools must be attached. 5. CUNY PIs – ONLY CUNY consent template document(s) will be accepted. 6. Only attach the requested documentation. PLEASE NOTE: Your submission does not guarantee permission to recruit at Hunter College. The HRPP Office may request modifications to the approved protocol prior to submitting to the Hunter College Provost Office for permission request. You may not use class time to recruit and/or conduct research activities at Hunter College. Hunter faculty/staff/students including departments are unable to distribute recruitment materials on your behalf. This is to ensure that it is not implied that Hunter College is participating in or affiliated with the research study. We encourage the use of social media platforms to share the flyer or get permission to post flyers on designated bulletin boards.
