The National Center is pleased to offer access, effective October 1, 2025, to our Contract Research Site (“Site”) for companies, law firms, institutions, unions, and individuals who make contributions at the amounts set forth below, and under our terms and conditions that can be downloaded below. The Site includes a search engine that permits a user to search the terms of over 800 collective bargaining agreements and bargaining unit data collected by the National Center and contained in the 2024 Directory of Bargaining Agents and Contracts in Institutions of Higher Education. It also permits research of contracts by institutions, collective bargaining agents, sectors, institutional types and unit type. The following are contribution rates for access to the Site for one year by a fixed number of identified users as set forth in the terms and conditions that can be downloaded below: Companies and law firms with 10+ partners: $15,000.00 per year. This contribution will entitle a company or law firm to have up to 20 users with access to the Site as set forth in the terms and conditions that can be downloaded below and the option to be listed as major supporting partner for the National Center’s 2026 annual conference. Law firms with 5-9 partners: $10,000.00 per year. This contribution will entitle a law firm to have up to 15 users with access to the Site as set forth in the terms and conditions that can be downloaded below and the option to be a supporting partner for the National Center’s 2026 annual conference. Law firms with 4 or less partners: $ 5,000.00 per year. This contribution amount will entitle a law firm to have up to 10 users with access to the Site as set forth in the terms and conditions that can be downloaded below and the option to be a participating partner for the National Center’s 2026 annual conference. Higher education institutions and labor organizations: $5,000.00 per year. This contribution amount will entitle a higher education institution or a labor organization to have up to 10 users with access to the Site as set forth in the terms and conditions that can be downloaded below and the option to be a participating partner for the National Center’s 2026 annual conference. Individual full-time faculty, administrators, and staff with departmental, institutional or grant research funding: $1,000.00 per year. This contribution will entitle an individual full-time faculty member, an individual administrator, or an individual union staff member with access to the Site for one year as set forth in the terms and conditions that can be downloaded below and waiver of conference registration. Limited access to the Site by part-time non-track faculty, postdoctoral scholars and doctoral candidates, graduate and undergraduate student researchers without departmental, institutional, or grant research funding will be determined on an individual need basis.
