Both current Hunter & transfer students must complete this form to apply to the NFS-BS major (we DO NOT accept the Hunter major selection form.) NFS APPLICATION DATES: Opens Sept 30-Dec 20 FOR THIS APPLICATION: You will need unofficial ELECTRONIC TRANSCRIPTS FROM EACH COLLEGE ATTENDED, both to answer GPA questions & to upload to this application. Plan to upload all unofficial transcripts even if transfer courses show in your current College's record (Hunter or other school current record.) CUNY students upload in one PDF your CF electronic unofficial transcript(s). APPLICATION INFO: * See explanation by most questions to verify you are providing correct responses. Do not ignore the tips! * You may complete the application at once or in stages. If in stages, click SAVE & save the email showing your form link. UPH cannot review incomplete applications. * Only Submit one application. NFS APPLICATION REVIEW: Application review will begin about a month after the open date and we will email the decision. For those completing prereqs in the current semester, we may consider conditional admissions pending prerequisite completion & if a strong GPA is already proven. Conditional admittance will be retracted for those who do not meet NFS course & GPA requirements---if doing poorly, inform us, and have an alternative major to declare.
