This is form is for Hunter College students who are interested in applying to the Summer 2026 SCORE program. The program is open to freshman, sophomore, junior and post-baccalaureate students. Seniors graduating AFTER December 2026 are eligible to apply; seniors graduating BEFORE December 2026 are NOT eligible. All eligible post-baccalaureate students MUST be currently enrolled in courses/learning credits towards a Pre-Health Certificate and will finish AFTER December 2026. We encourage applications from groups currently underrepresented in medicine. Have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 2. Be in good academic standing After your GPA and academic standing are verified, you will receive the application link. Freshmen applicants who do not have a GPA should complete the application request form, your request will be reviewed when Fall grades are posted.
