Regular OYR and Accelerated OYR students heading into their second year: In order to transition into your field year you must submit your OYR Field Practicum Agreement Packet with FIELD INSTRUCTOR resume (or OYR Self-Financed Field Practicum Planning Form with STUDENT resume - ONLY for those that have lost their placement) which can be found on our school website on the Field Education Page under the OYR Field Practicum Agreement Packet link. Please make sure to follow the directions listed on the packet/form and that you submit the appropriate person's resume for the type of file you are submitting.
