The Strell Fellows Program is seeking Master in Social Work and related professionals working in mid-to-senior level management positions in human service organizations who are interested in becoming CEOs or high-level managers. The Strell Fellows Program is a highly competitive executive leadership training offered to 12-16 Fellows. The program will take place weekly on Friday’s from 12:00-4:00 PM, beginning January 2026. Participants will receive coaching in a self-identified area for professional skill development in the “hard skills” necessary to emerge as CEO’s or other high-level leaders. Please upload a personal statement that addresses each of the following questions: a) What are you seeking to gain from your participation in the Strell Fellows? b) Please identify three specific professional goals; And c) The qualities you would bring to a CEO position Please attach your CV and upload a separate page with the name, phone numbers and email address of a reference. Applications must be completed by December 15th, 2025. Select candidates will be invited for an interview and notified as to the Advisory Committee's decision.
