Below is a guideline for replacing officers. The deadline date to replace an officer is January 30, 2026. If your club fails to do so by the above deadline date, your club will not be able to switch officers.

If the replacing officer did not take the orientation quiz, please have them go to the clubs registration instruction page and click the link to complete said quiz.
If the replacing officer did not contact the CA office, they must do so at hcca214@hunter.cuny.edu

Students must pass with 85% or higher. When sending screenshot, please make sure the students name is displayed in the screenshot along with their score if certificate is not granted.
If an officer did not receive an ineligible email, you must upload this information.
