If you are interested in being placed on our Fresh Food Box Voucher WaitList in order to pick up a fresh food bag every week at no cost to you, please complete the form below.

Please note, distribution of the bags will ONLY occur on Thursdays, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. If you cannot pick up during this time, please do not apply.

Also, note, there is a waitlist for the voucher and you will only be alerted once your name is reached on the waitlist.
